Invisible

I run in confusion
And then I ponder life
Again
I run another mile to lose my breath
When I felt your arm resting
on my shoulder
It's as if you were alive and I
Weren't seeing things in my mind
You need not raise your voice
I know I'll never need you
And somehow I find I'll come around
To see if you are there
When I felt your eyes
Staring at my back
I knew that I was seeing things
You were playing with my mind
When I felt your eyes
I really didn't mind
Anything beyond me
Even though I may have been blind
