Jump up high, touch the sky
Bend your knees, give it a try
Up and down, 1, 2, 3!
Jump with friends, happily!
Jump, jump, jump!
To the beat
Jump, jump, jump!
Feel your feet!
Jump like frogs, bounce around
Touch the floor, leave the ground
Arms go up, legs go wide
Jump with joy, side to side!
Jump, jump, jump!
To the beat
Jump, jump, jump!
Feel your feet!
Take a breath
Then a rest
Jumping time?
You did your best!
Bend your knees, give it a try
Up and down, 1, 2, 3!
Jump with friends, happily!
Jump, jump, jump!
To the beat
Jump, jump, jump!
Feel your feet!
Jump like frogs, bounce around
Touch the floor, leave the ground
Arms go up, legs go wide
Jump with joy, side to side!
Jump, jump, jump!
To the beat
Jump, jump, jump!
Feel your feet!
Take a breath
Then a rest
Jumping time?
You did your best!
