Closed my eyes, the world flipped fast
Landed on a moon made of glass
Mice in hats, fish that flew
Chased me with a “peek-a-boo!”
Clouds were made of jelly beans
Stars were bouncing on trampolines
Dreamtail parade, tails in the sky
Marching through a lullaby
Upside-down trees, floating cake
Every blink a world we make
Dreamtail parade, paws in space
Every giggle leaves a trace
I’m a cat with wings tonight—
Off we go into the light
Marshmallow sheep with bubble horns
Sailed a boat of popped popcorn
A frog in boots taught me to waltz
On a puddle made of malt
Whiskers glowing in the dark
Leaving trails of neon spark
Dreamtail parade, tails in the sky
