Don't you forget about me
Oh, don't you forget about me
Up on a hill, where the sun never shines
There's a girl in a house
In my head, on my mind
Out of the city, away from it all
The grass isn't greener at all, at all
I started thinking I could need somebody
I really thought that you could be somebody to me
I let you go, go, go-go
It started to rain, and I let it pour
I wanted to hold you, but I held the door
Flew over your house and fell through the floor
Oh, that's what I get for wanting more
Don't you forget about me
Oh, don't you forget about me
Over the rainbow and undеr the bed
Our dreams and our fеars on a thread, on a thread
Love is a parachute, a gamble at best
You fall and you pray that you land into bed
I started thinking I could need somebody
I really thought that you could be somebody to me
I let that go, go, go-go
It started to rain, and I let it pour
I wanted to hold you, but I held the door
Flew over your house and fell through the floor
Oh, that's what I get for wanting more
Don't you forget about me
Oh, don't you forget about me
Oh, don't you forget about me
Oh, don't you forget about me
It started to rain, and I let it pour
I wanted to hold you, but I held the door
