Hello everybody
Welcome to my narcissistic trap
I would be nobody
If no one was obsessed with what I have
And if you hate me for it
The tabloids print me out as famous friend
So if you hate me for it
Just know you'll help me out in the end
And I don't know when it started but it's fun
I hope the ride's not done
And everyone asks me
"Will you stop?"
No
I'll just rise above
And soon they'll all ask me
"Isn't it rough?"
No
I just rise above

"And will I ever be enough?"

And I've a glass of water
I stole it from a party as a joke
I didn't get invited
So I brought the really pretty folks
They asked if they could join in
I let 'em come so I could tell you now
They asked me why I'm famous
I told them I was gonna be somehow
And I don't know when it started but it's fun
