In this moment

Slowly breathing in the morning light
The gentle hands, the softest care
Changing just a little, feeling just right
Every new beginning starts right there
Worries fade in the mirror’s glow
Stories shared in a quiet tone
A peaceful place to let it go
Here, you’re never alone
In this moment, let it stay
Calm and easy, wash away
In this moment, find your way
Feel the healing in today
All the noise of the world outside
Can wait beyond these open doors
Take a breath and close your eyes
Leave it on the cutting floor
Hands that shape and hands that mend
Simple touches, hearts extend
Maybe time can slow its pace
When kindness holds this space
In this moment, let it stay
Calm and easy, wash away
In this moment, find your way
Feel the healing in today
