Long ago,
on the Northern Seas
Where icy winds blew,
Frozen fast,
stood a lonely ship
With its Captain
and his crew
From below,
came a silver voice
Saying,
＂I will set you free＂,
For he was the Captain
of her heart,
And she was the sea…..
She said, stay with me,
when the sun is high
In my sea of glass
Dance with me,
when the stars are bright
And I will give
you all you ask
Kiss my lips,
of icy silence
Warm my frozen heart
Give me breath,
bring me back to life
And we will never part…
When the sun,
melted the frozen sea,
The Captain saw his chance,
He stepped on board,
turning his ship for home,
Without a parting glance.
The ice it cracked,
shattering from her tears
reached up and
held him fast
Now he lies,
in her frozen arms
Beneath her sea of glass,
