Tears Of Forgiveness

Tears of forgiveness
for what I have done
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Nail-prints in Your hands
a wound in Your side
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Words alone could
never convey
Your great message
of love and grace
Your loving arms were
streched open wide
On the cross
where You died for my pardon
The cruel cross
of suffering and death
Now brings hope
and life and breath
A crown of thorns
you wore in shame
Now brings glory
to Your name
Tears of forgiveness
for what I have done
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Nail-prints in Your hands
I wound in your side
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Words alone could
never convey
Your great message
of love and grace
Your loving arms were
streched open wide
On the cross
where You died for my pardon
The cruel cross
of suffering and death
Now brings hope
and life and breath
A crown of thorns
you wore in shame
Now brings glory
to Your name
Tears of forgiveness
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Nail-prints in Your hands
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Tears of forgiveness
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Nail-prints in Your hands
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
Tears of forgiveness
That’s how You tell me
how much You love me
